2. Pets allowed based on the availability of pet friendly rooms.
3. Pet Rate is $20 per day. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed,
the hotel may charge the guest additionally to cover the costs of the damage.
4. Pets cannot be left unsupervised in a guest room. Pet Carriers can be
arranged through our concierge at $10 per day.
5. Guests must use the designated Pet Bathrooms located at the
North and South Entrances of the Hotel.
6. Pet Owners must clean up after their pets. Pets are not allowed in
Hotel Lobby, Breakfast Area, and other Public Places.
7. Dogs must be on a leash at all times, when outside of the guest room.
8. Best Western Berkeley Springs Inn reserves the right to remove animals
from the premises if it is determined the animal is causing damage to hotel
property and/or disturbing other hotel guests.
